Rick Croniser took over the business in 1990 when Raymond passed away. He was a Vice-president and site supervisor prior to becoming the President. Meeting with customers, clearing land, placing footings, coordinating the subcontractors and closing were just part of doing business.

Mike Croniser was brought in as a vice-president when Raymond passed away. Mike has proven his abilities as a Master Carpenter many times and specializes in finish carpentry. He is responsible for the homes framing, woodworking, subcontractor scheduling and walk through punchlisting.

CRONISER CONSTRUCTION is located on Route 82 in Hopewell Junction. Our office houses our "color room," where our staff maintains and controls the selection program of   appliances, paint colors, trim, siding, tiles, carpeting and cabinets. This is where your home design all comes together.
