Well and water, electrical and plumbing, insulation, Board of Health and final inspection before Certificate of Occupancy are just a few of the routine inspections. Because of this procedure, the on-site builders request your patience while your house is being built. If you should see intermittent delays during construction, please feel free to call the office. Most often you will find an inspection is scheduled and must be completed before the builders may proceed. Our builders do, however, make every concerted effort to maintain your schedule. Your official walk-through will be scheduled one week before your closing to ensure your punch list items have been attended to and completed by your move-in day.
